1. Summary

Virtual Try-On is a Chrome extension that helps you preview garments on your own photo. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and not be under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age, whichever is higher).

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

• You control which images you upload and send for try-on. You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.
• You are responsible for your use on third-party shopping sites and compliance with their terms.

6. Third-Party Services (Optional)

• No third-party services are used by default.
• Optional model provider: If you choose to connect a provider (e.g., OpenRouter) with your own API key, your requests are sent directly from your device to that provider. Your use of that provider is governed by their terms and privacy policy, and any fees are your responsibility.

7. Fees

The extension is free to install and use. Any fees charged by third-party model providers are separate and your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the extension. You retain rights in your content. By initiating a try-on, you grant us and, where applicable, the chosen model provider a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested output.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You will not: reverse engineer or modify the extension except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the extension; use it to violate laws or rights; or upload harmful or unlawful content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the extension is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is typically $0), whichever is greater. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the extension, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may modify the extension and these Terms. Material changes are effective upon posting an updated Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The exclusive venue for disputes is Kaohsiung, Taiwan, unless local consumer law requires a different venue for you.

16. Export and Sanctions

You confirm you are not restricted from using the extension under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
